The Illinois Attack is a professionally operated travel basketball organization serving 3rd – 12th grade players from all over the Chicagoland Area. The Attack maintains operations in Aurora, IL, St. Charles, IL and Janesville, WI.

TYSON CHAPMAN
President of Operations
Tyson is a basketball junkie. He loves the game and it has provided him many opportunities. Growing up, he was a two-sport athlete playing varsity baseball and basketball at Mahomet Seymour High School from 1996 to 2000. Tyson then moved on to Beloit College where he was a starter for 3 years and team captain for his Junior and Senior seasons. Upon finishing his degree in 2004, Tyson took a position as a team intern with the New Orleans Hornets in New Orleans, LA. He worked for the team and attended practices and games. Through his time with the team, he was fortunate enough to learn a small bit of basketball IQ from some great NBA veterans and coaches. While coaching for the Illinois Attack, Tyson returned to school to complete his master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He has served as the Director of Player Development for Supreme Courts & Head of the Attack, WolfPack, & Shock Travel Teams since 2015. During this time he spent 2 years as the head varsity assistant coach at Milton HS in Milton, WI. He then moved to be an assistant coach with Beloit College for 2 years.
CHRIS MCMATH

Chris played 4 years of varsity basketball at Plainfield North High School, with multiple honors. He was named All-Conference 3 straight years, All-Area MVP his senior season and became the leading scorer in Plainfield North history (currently second on the scoring list). After High School, Chris went on to play college basketball at Aurora University. This is where he discovered his love for coaching basketball, especially at the youth level. Chris has coached basketball at the High School level in the past (3 seasons), most recently he was the Varsity Head Coach at Joliet Catholic High School. Before that, he spent 2 seasons as the freshman/sophomore coach at Plainfield North high school. Along with coaching High School, Chris has also served as a primary coach and developer of multiple training programs over the past 6 years with different organizations. Chris has been with Supreme Courts since day one as a valued coach and mentor. He has worked with numerous players at all levels and is looking forward to building a fun, energetic youth program that will allow players to develop their fundamentals while having fun!
